Nice car with an even nicer customer experience. Leasing my new Lincoln was an absolute breeze. The sales team was thorough and happy to answer any questions I had about the car and the process. My car was delivered in the middle of a torrential downpour but that did not stop the sales team from going outside to walk me through the features and options included with the car.

To my surprise, I even had the pleasure of meeting Fred Beans. This man is much more than a name on a sign. His focus on the customer experience was exceptional and he even followed-up with me after the initial meeting. Service and ownership like this seems to be a thing from the past but not at Fred Beans Lincoln.

While only routine maintenance so far, the service organization has been fantastic! With Lincoln's concierge service, the process is beyond simple. I can schedule an appointment with the Lincoln app or by telephone. Thumbs-up to the service team as well.
